Henry is a detail‑oriented operations team member who enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to the way work gets done.
He is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Sydney, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Management and Leadership. He has a strong interest in how data, systems, and people work together to maximise organisational efficiency.
In his role at JD Scott + Co, Henry supports the production team across day‑to‑day operations, including onboarding clients and staff, maintaining processes and systems, and assisting with finance, learning and development, and capacity management.
Outside of work and study, Henry enjoys staying active and has spent many years involved in team sports—experiences that have helped shape his communication and leadership skills. He brings the same calm, organised approach to his role, with a genuine interest in supporting the people and systems that keep the business running smoothly.
